Asia Pacific Rainbow (APRainbow) is a network of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer individuals and organisations from the Asia Pacific Region. It was established as a mailing list in 1999 and registered as a regional network in the Philippines in 2003.
VISION
- Asia Pacific Rainbow envisions a world that recognizes and honors cultural, sexual and gender diversity, and respects the human rights of every member of society.

- Asia Pacific Rainbow is a network committed to promoting the rights and health of LGBTIQ in the Asia-Pacific Region
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
- To strengthen and mobilize communities towards acceptance of gender and sexual diversity and LGBTIQ rights
- To facilitate linkages and partnerships in response to HIV/AIDS and sexual and reproductive health issues of communities made vulnerable because of stigma and discrimination based on gender and sexuality
- To build linkages between movements and communities responding to HIV/AIDS issues and advocating for sexual rights

AP-Rainbow is a member of the Coalition of Asia-Pacific Regional Networks on HIV/AIDS, also known as the Seven Sisters, which is a network of community-based networks working on HIV/AIDS in the Asia-Pacific region.
